These Terms of Service apply to the use of NCT Consultants websites, online services, event platforms and communications, including SMS services.
By using our websites or online services, registering for or participating in an NCT event or activity, or using services made available by NCT Consultants, you agree to these Terms where applicable.
NCT Events and Services
NCT Consultants organizes professional events, conferences, training activities, exercises and related programs.
Information provided through our websites, event platforms and communications is intended to support participation in these activities. Event programs, speakers, schedules, locations and other arrangements may be changed when necessary.
Participants are responsible for complying with applicable event rules, safety instructions and instructions provided by NCT staff or authorized event personnel.

Certain NCT services may require registration, authentication or access through an online portal.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for protecting their account credentials and authentication codes. Authentication codes and other access credentials should not be shared with unauthorized persons.

SMS Messaging Terms
NCT Consultants may offer SMS messaging to registered participants, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and other users who provide their mobile telephone number and opt in to SMS communications.
SMS messages may include:

- Event schedules and reminders
- Logistical and operational updates
- Information concerning upcoming or related NCT events and activities
- Sponsor and exhibitor information
- Other communications relating to NCT events, training activities, programs and online services
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a sponsorship, registering for an event or participating in an NCT activity.
Opting Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages from that SMS program will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile Information
